Also it took a while to get our checks and pay etc I was cranky from a horrible haircut, so decided that I was incapable of making dinner. Instead it was barely 2 full pages The service is still as slow as the previous comments mentioned so try to ask for everything you can as soon as they walk to your table and ask if you're doing ok Probably will only come back for the Thai Iced Tea After a drive thru the Kancamagus Highway my husband and I were craving Thaj Food before heading back to our hotel, so we decided to stop by Muse, it was one of several Thai spots open past 8:30. Our goal at Muse is to deliver nutritious, freshly prepared meals to our customer and strive to only provide the very best unique dining experience with top notch quality service. We happened on this restaurant while in town for business. And the edges of the plates were dirty and one had a crack. Open on George Street open 12-9:30pm every day. We genuinely enjoyed ourselves and had just a wonderful time.
The food is significantly better and they have real sticky rice on the menu! We offer Dine-in, carry-out and pick up. We have chosen restaurants that bring the best cuisine from all over Thailand, including their awe-inspiring unique and flavoursome street food, to Manchester. The food is amazingly delicious, the staff is friendly and very accommodating, and the atmosphere is quaint. Plus, they serve Thai beer, which I have trouble finding many places, and excellent desserts that you absolutely must leave room for - the fried banana and ice cream is to die for. But I gotta try that taco place next door first! This is our new Thai place for date night. Pad thai is usually a hit or miss at Thai restaurants but I judge a Thai restaurant by the quality of their pad thai and Muse's rendition is good enough for me.
We arrived at 1130 on a Friday, so it wasn't busy. Dessert was included and I selected ginger ice cream which I found very refreshing and a wonderful way to conclude the meal. Both of us were incredibly happy with our meals. I ordered the Racha Seafood and it was essentially a pile of undercooked vegetables in a thin, weak chili sauce with seafood that definitely had a funk to it. The menu is varied - full English breakfast in the mornings, sandwiches in the afternoon and Thai from midday.
This was a great stop for lunch. Chaophraya also offer informative and fun cooking courses for those of you wishing to pick up a few skills for yourself - visit their website for full details. They apologized very sincerely and told me they have made changes to the dish and the vinegar taste issue has been taken care off! Closed For Christmas Eve Monday, December 24th and Christmas Day Tuesday December 25th. I've seen people walk out because the server never even noticed them and it's taking them way too long to get food out to the customers that do stay. Waters were refilled regularly and all the classics like pad Thai, drunken noodles, and wonton soup were exactly how we expected them to be made. We now have a liquor license. Maybe it was from the styrofoam take-out container mixed with egg and everything, but it was honestly terrible - we could smell it from the moment we got in the car.
I'm going to split the difference and give 3 stars, only because the sushi was excellent and the Thai food was severely disappointing. Open from 5:30-11pm Monday-Thursday, 12-2:30pm and 6pm-12:30am on Friday and Saturday, and 1:30-11pm on Sunday. However, the taste was fine. We shared a dish of Ginge and Vanilla Ice Cream and that was super as well. Popular for work lunches, after-work eats or gig and theatre dinners. The food is to die for.
Nothing to write home about. You won't find ground-breaking food - but it's a crowd pleaser and an easy option for large groups. My husband had Hot Basil with Tofu and I had Drunken Noodles with Tofu as well. I come here quite frequently now I moved to Manchester 6 years ago and was so happy to find this restaurant. Open from 12-10:30pm Monday-Saturday and closes at 10pm on Sundays. I swear, I've taken vitamins larger than those things.
Thankfully, proper Thai joints are getting easier to find in Manchester. Hmm, only 2 shrimp in it. It's unfair to patrons to advertise the restaurant as open but ask them to sit around and wait until a staff person who speaks English arrives. The prices are great for the quantity of food and it just seemed like everyone in the place was welcome and connected with each other! Dessert was included and I selected ginger ice cream which I found very refreshing and a wonderful way to conclude the meal. Is a perfect way to describe this place. The only complaint I had was that everyone's food wasn't ready when we got there and I called a full half hour- forty five minutes before we arrived and we said we would be there at noon. They're always checking in to see if anyone needs anything or if everything is alright.
It doesn't look new but it is clean and neat. I've stuck to the common thai dishes so far pad Thai, thai fried rice, pad see ew, etc and they haven't failed me yet. Please keep in mind prices are subject to change — please ask for most current pricing. An intimate setting for a romantic meal? I visit New Hampshire every few weeks and I always find myself sitting at one of the tables at Müse. What a cute downtown area! While the food is very good, the service is S L O W. This informal restaurant is from the people behind the more grown up Chaophraya, and offers a much more fun, laid back eating experience.
Thai gardens in Middletown is still my favorite but this place is closer to my home and a close second in flavor. They were pretty busy and getting there early gave me tie to take in the place while I waited for my takeout. Vivid Lounge Based in Ancoats, serve a varied menu from full English breakfasts in the morning, sandwiches in the afternoon and wholesome Thai dishes from midday. On Friday and Saturday nights, Crazy Wendy herself entertains guests with her renditions of classic songs from Shirley Bassey and Elvis Presley, among others. I'm kind of jealous of my friends who got the crispy chicken pad thai because the crispy chicken looked so goooood. Thanks again for wonderful food! Visit on the weekends and you'll probably find her dancing on your table at some point.
